Membership

To be a member of Aethelgards is to step into a life that feels deliberate, coherent, and distinctly your own. How Membership Is Placed

Membership is selective and placed by Aethelgards. Once the advisory understands your history, present structure, and intentions, the board determines your entry into the practice and community.

The work is organized into three levels of depth and access:

Private Member

One-to-one strategic work across your triad of career, relationships, and lifestyle and wellness. Your life is studied in detail and turned into a longer-term plan for how you live, work, and relate, with particular attention to the areas you most want to change or strengthen.

Inner Circle

The advisory becomes part of how you run your life. Contact is regular, your decisions are reviewed and refined, and your strategy is updated as things move. Inner Circle suits people who prefer to have a private, intelligent counterpart involved before they take on or step out of significant commitments.

Community Access

Community Access is governed by a separate private board and subject to peer approval. Entry signals that both the advisory and existing members see you as someone they can build with, whose presence, judgment, and standards will strengthen the community they are creating together. At this level, you step into:

A curated group of people whose lives are complex and in motion, and who are actively working on them.
A quiet environment where favors, introductions, collaborations, and deals are exchanged with care and context.
A place to think through roles, exits, investments, relationships, health changes, and relationship decisions with peers and advisors who understand both the stakes and your standards.

Community Access is where your advisory work converges with the people and opportunities that can multiply its impact.

The Community You Join
